After 30 plus years of Business and Technology Consulting experience with both large and small companies, I founded CDM Advisors.  Having been a part of four different startups over the years, I have developed a deep understanding of what it takes to structure a business.  Of the four startups I have been involved with, the first one was a learning experience. The last three were extremely successful.  

My goal is to help business owners structure their business the right way from the beginning, in order to avoid issues down the road.  Our team can help with many of the basics that most people don't think of on day one, such as:
